Holiday Gift Certificates Available November 29th

Every winter, we offer massive discounts to our loyal guests and this year will be no exception. Our annual 50% off gift certificate sale will be back for a limited time! This year’s half-price gift certificate sale will run Black Friday (November 29th) through Cyber Monday (December 2nd). After Cyber Monday, all gift certificates for 2025 3-3.5 hour tours will be $30 off until Christmas Eve!

This year's gift certificates are completely digital!

Island Adventures has moved into a professional administrative space. We are available via phone call, text, or email if you have any questions regarding our tours or Holiday Gift Certificates! Unfortunately, we are not available for in-person gift certificate sales.

If you are looking to purchase multiple gift certificates, you will need to make separate transactions. For example, if you want to give three separate gift certificates as gifts, you will make three separate purchases.

Gift Certificate FAQ’s

Do I have to know when I’m going?

Nope! Your gift certificate is valid for any 3-3.5 hour tour from Anacortes. You do not need to know when you’re planning on using the gift certificate to purchase one. Think of it like pre-purchasing tickets for a future tour date of your choice!

When do the gift certificates expire?

There is no expiration date! You can use your gift certificate for any 3-3.5 hour tour in 2025 and beyond.

Can I buy gift certificates for myself?

Of course, treat yourself to an adventure! Many of our guests will get a handful of tickets for themselves to use on future tours.

What information do I enter if I’m giving this as a gift?

As you are the one making the purchase, you will want to enter your own personal information into the reservation system in order to receive a billing receipt.

How do I receive my gift certificates?

All gift certificates are digital. When the purchase is complete, you’ll receive two emails from Island Adventures. The first is your receipt with payment information at the bottom, and the second email being the gift certificate itself. This second email doesn’t contain payment information and includes a nice gift certificate graphic! You can print out the second email at home for a physical gift, or you can simply forward the email to your recipient!

How do I redeem the gift certificates?

To redeem a gift certificate simply text, email, or call our office with your unique gift certificate number and we will make your reservation for you! You are not able to redeem gift certificates online.

How do I give a gift certificate to multiple people?

When purchasing a gift certificate, you will choose your desired number of tickets. For example, you could purchase 2 adults and 1 child under a single gift certificate.

If you would like to give a gift certificate to multiple separate individuals or groups, you will need to purchase separate, individual gift certificates.

Can I use a gift certificate on any specialty tours?

Gift certificates are applicable for our signature 3-3.5 hr whale watching tours. Gift certificates and additional discounts do not apply to any of our specialty tours.

Can I purchase a gift certificate if I've never been with you before?

Yes! The savings are for everyone! This sale is an anticipated event for our returning guests, but it's also a great way for first-time whale watchers to join us at a discounted rate.

When does the 50% off gift certificate sale end?

Our 50% off gift certificates are available for purchase Black Friday (Nov 29th) through Cyber Monday (Dec 2nd).

I missed the 50% off deal, are there any other holiday sales?

Yes! Beginning December 3rd, our holiday gift certificate sale is $30 off our regular tour rates. These discounted rates are available to purchase through December 24th.
